It was rumored that this track was supposed to be a part of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, but now that I hear the actual song, I understand why it was omitted. It is a revert back to original Kanye sounds, if you don't know what I mean, pop in Late Registration after listening to this.

Ever since being introduced to vintage photography of the islands of Hawaii while visiting for the first time, I have been infatuated with surf photography. There is definitely something nostalgic about bright, sunny skies, natural women, untouched beaches and clear water that appeals to me. Jon Patric of The Selvedge Yard recently ran this piece on the work of Leroy Grannis and I couldn't help but to re-post it. What do your teammates think about your interest in fashion?

My teammates totally accept my interest in fashion, and are slowly starting to ask me when nobody is looking what they could do to improve their look.

The first thing I tell all of them is that their clothes don’t fit and are too baggy. A baggy black suit with a dress shirt that is too big looks like you sell carpets; a simple slim black suit with a fitted shirt makes you look like a man with class.

What’s your take on the pink-shirt debate?

I really think that unless it’s an Easter-egg hunt, you should not ever wear a pink shirt.

What's your take on leather coats over suits? I'm currently looking at a brown leather (I believe calfskin) coat to wear over my brown suit, but seeing as I'm usually a pretty fashionable man and this coat will set me back a pretty penny, I have to know if it'll work to save face and money.

Unless you’re Shaft, do not ever wear a leather trench coat over a suit or your pajamas... Jesus.

I have a question that pertains to shoes and belts. I seem to have a difficult time finding a belt that matches my shoes, or vice versa. Do the belt and shoe have to be the same color or can one be a couple of shades off?

Your belt just has to be in the family -- it can be any shade of brown or blue. The only rule I have is never wear a white belt with white shoes.

Actually, don't ever wear a white belt ever!

Winter is on its way, men, so start wearing a lot of black -- you really can't f*ck that up....

Picked up T.I.'s new album No Mercy today and I have to say I am pretty impressed. The sound is definitely toned down and more reflective compared to his previous albums. I guess some time behind bars changes a man...or does it? The album features tons of collabs from artists like Drake, Pharrell, Kanye, Ricky Rosae' Ross, Eminem but none as impressive as Castle Walls with Christina Aguilera. The lyrics are so on point and Christina's voice is perfect for it, I'm predicting that it hits number one on the charts for 2011. Listen to it for yourself and tell me different.

Canada Goose X Concepts - Alberta Vest

Canada and Massachusetts’ Concepts recently worked together to create these two colorways (Red / Military Olive & Red / Tan) of the Alberta Vest. Concepts modified the original Alberta vest by adding an Arctic-Tech waterproof shell with 625 fill power white duck down. The vest also includes a removable hood with fleece lined pockets. A release is slated for November 19th, 2010 at Concepts. Not sure how these will look in person since they appear to be pretty bulky, but I hope the fit is good and that we see them somewhere in Alberta. Great to see all these collabs with Canada Goose, I expect to see many more in the months ahead. Completely agree with Kanye that they played those old clips to try and get a particular reaction out of him. Lauer's comments that they do this to everyone guest they interview are true, but again remember that there are motives behind doing that for show producers. Kanye was just brave enough to point out this "production effect" during his interview.

If you guys have never seen Keenan's hilarious lip-syncing rap videos, then you have to watch this one. This 15 year old, John C. Riley look-alike has been tearin up YouTube for a while now with his performances, and 50 Cent thought it would be a good idea to do a collab. YouTube does it again and creates another star, even if it is only for 15 minutes, it's still pretty amazing that he got an international artist to come chill with him in his room.

The next couple months are busy ones for Jay-Z as he works on his follow up to The Blueprint 3, a special project with Kanye West entitled Watch the Throne and none less important than his autobiography that interprets lyrics to 36 of his songs but also covers important events that got him to where he is today. Jay-Z's Decoded hits shelves November 16th.

Even though he was still dealing drugs, whenever Jay-Z came back to New York he met with his friend Jaz, another rhymer, and the two would lock themselves in a room “with a pen, a pad, and some Apple Jacks and Haagen Dazs.” Jaz got a record deal with EMI in 1989, and Jay-Z took note when the record company dropped his friend after his single flopped. “I thought to myself, ‘This business sucks.’ No honor, no integrity; it was disgusting. 1930s - The view north on Sixth Avenue, when the roadway was hidden by elevated tracks

1932 - A new floor-ceiling turnstile is introduced on the Eighth Avenue line. It's crazy how these turnstiles are still intact today more than 80 years later.

1958 - A suitcase served as a card table during a ride on the Rockaway Special. I love the shirts on those two boys.

1967 - A father and son heading to the racetrack via the Aqueduct Special

1969 - Children riding on the Lexington Avenue Express. My favorite picture of the set, the boy's suit and bow tie outfit is on point.

1979 - Graffiti begins to take over Subway cars

1980 - A nun navigates through a flooded station

1981 - Graffiti transformation is complete

1983 - New Japanese built subway cars with a graffiti resistant finish are loaded onto the rails

New 11.6" and 13" MacBook Air

Today Apple revealed their new 11.6 inch and 13 inch MacBook Air that sets to combine everything they learned from the iPad and previous generation of the Air. The new Air 13 inch air is 0.68-inches thick at its thickest, 0.11-inches at its thinnest, and weighs 2.9 pounds (2.3 for the 11.6 inch). Also upgraded in the new model is the battery life, 7 hours of surfing for the 13 inch and 5 for the smaller unit with up to 30 days on standby for both. To me the MacBook Air the best solution for someone who wants a very portable computer that doesn't want to give up complete functionality. With that said, I wish they could have worked in a backlit keyboard for both models. Also, it should be noted that the 13 inch model has a built in SD slot which is always handy. The new Air is available today and the pricing is as follows:

The 6 episode series will feature all the original cast to voice their characters. With the film's characters already being so "cartoon" like in nature, I believe they will easily translate to becoming very funny in an animation series. No information as to when it will premier but I can't wait!
